Crucible

Crucible is an old school factions server with custom biomes and a huge amount of handcrafted dungeons. This is our third wipe.

If you've been yearning for the simpler times of subterfuge, cannoning, and all out brawls of old school factions, Crucible is what you're looking for.

We're simple and streamlined - factions being one of the very few plugins we use. Chorus fruits are disabled and obsidian is breakable because we like to encourage folks to build walls and fortresses, which are much for fun for everyone involved. Our world border is set to 5000 to give you room to hide or expand, but enough limits to add some tension.

We're truly old school - no kits, ads, scoreboards, or ranks. Just you and your faction vying for power and glory.

Beyond the old school factions experience, you'll find a number of hand-crafted dungeons to explore and raid if you're not feeling quite up to facing one of the more established factions yet. All of the dungeons are built in vanilla mc - no over-the-top boss mobs - but you will find them uniqie and challenging.
